DOING NECK CIRCLES IS A GREAT WAY TO REALLY STRESS FROM YOUR UPPER BODY. “M” IS MOVE YOUR WAY DOWN. THE MOVE DOWN TO OUR SHOULDERS AND DO A COUPLE OF SHOULDER SHRUGS. JENNIFER: THIS REMINDS ME OF PE CLASS. TEDDY: YES. THE THING ABOUT PE CLASS WAS IT WAS FUN MOVING MY BODY. JENNIFER: SOMETIMES. [LAUGHTER] NOT ALL OF IT. ROPE CLIMB, NOT SO MUCH. TEDDY: DOING THE SHOULDER SHRUGS HIS NOT ONLY ACCURATE WAY TO KEEP YOUR POSTURES ON BUT YOU INCREASE OXYGEN BY 30% JUST BY DOING THAT. NEXT IS ACTIVATE YOUR TRUNK. JENNIFER: IT IS LIKE DANCE MOVES. YOU KNOW I HAVE NO RHYTHM. [LAUGHTER] TEDDY: YOU’RE GOING TO ROTATE AND PIVOT ON THE OPPOSITE FOOT. YOU’RE DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB. AND THE RHYTHM OF LIFE IS THE ONLY RHYTHM YOU NEED TO HAVE. THE POSTERIOR CHAIN IS FOR KEEPING YOUR BODY UP, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE SITTING DOWN FOR WORK. WE GO DOWN TO THE LAST LETTER. “T.” NOT JUST BECAUSE IT’S “TEDDY,” BUT IT IS TAKE TIME FOR GRATITUDE FOR YOUR BODY. TAKE TIME FOR THE GRATITUDE FOR WHAT YOUR BODY HAS DONE FOR YOU. EVEN IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE NOT QUITE WHERE YOU WANT TO BE ON YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY OR YOU FEEL LIKE THERE IS SO MUCH MORE TO GO, BE GRATEFUL. SO TAKE IN SOME OXYGEN, IN THROUGH YOUR NOSE, OUT YOUR MOUTH, BRINGING IN THE HEART, CENTER, AND TELL YOURSELF I AM GRATEFUL FOR BEING WHERE I AM, WHO I AM, AND I CANNOT WAIT TO TAKE ONE STEP AT A TIME.
